We're Hiring: Associate Advocate | TSK Legal LLP

TSK Legal LLP invites applications Advocates with a genuine interest in litigation practice

Role and Responsibilities

·        Handling litigation before Lower Courts, High Court and Tribunals

·        Drafting pleadings, applications and other litigation documents

·        Drafting and reviewing commercial and other agreements

·        Preparing legal opinions on diverse matters

·        Scrutinising property documents and issuing title opinions

·        Coordinating with clients and managing matter timelines

Eligibility

·        Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council

·        Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience

·        Ability to read Tamil (essential, given the nature of property and court documents handled)

·        Strong drafting, research and communication skills

Remuneration: As per industry standards.

Location: Chennai (No remote working)
