Position: Advocate
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal research, drafting of pleadings, notices, contracts and agreements.
- Assisting in court appearances, hearings and litigation management.
- Corporate and commercial advisory, legal due diligence and compliance.
- Handling transactional, contractual and other non-litigation assignments.
- Reviewing legal documents, preparing opinions and case briefs.
- Client coordination, legal correspondence and liaison with courts, tribunals and authorities.
