Role and Responsibilities
This is a full-time Associate role located on-site in South Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for a wide range functions across the IP spectra including but not limited to IP litigation, IP prosecution, attending client meetings, hearings, and providing all types of assistance in IP office and Court proceedings.
Qualifications (Mandatory)
- Engineering/Science Degree (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Software, Physics)- from a reputed University
- Bachelor of Laws/LL.B
- PQE- Minimum 6 months as a Patent Analyst, Patent Attorney or Patent Engineer at reputed organisation
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Experience with IP litigation and/or Patent prosecution and IP laws of India
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent in written and verbal English
Additional Qualifications (optional)
- Patent Agent Exam qualified
- Bachelor of Laws/LL.B/Advocate/LLM
- Masters in Science/Ph.D
- Knowledge of international IP laws and regulations
- Experience in technology law
