Details of the Job/Internship

Saga Legal is hiring an Associate Trainee (Freshers) to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist senior associates and partners in ongoing litigation and advisory matters.
• Conduct extensive legal research on diverse case laws and statutes.
• Prepare drafts for various legal documents, including pleadings and applications.
• Assist in the preparation of case briefs and maintenance of legal documentation.
• Support the team in procedural requirements and court filings.
• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to develop legal strategies for clients.

Eligibility

• Fresh Law Graduates with a keen interest in litigation.
• Candidates with Bar Council enrolment are preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and research.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Salary/Stipend
