Details of the Job/Internship
Saga Legal is hiring an Associate with experience of up to 2 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation and advisory matters under the supervision of senior partners.
- Draft complex legal pleadings, notices, and applications for various judicial forums.
- Conduct advanced legal research and case law analysis to support advocacy strategies.
- Represent the firm and interact with clients regarding case status and updates.
- Attend court proceedings and assist in representing the firm's clients.
- Ensure timely filing of documents and strict adherence to court deadlines.
- Coordinate with the trainee associates to streamline research and documentation tasks.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate with up to 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Bar Council enrolment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in legal drafting and research within a litigation setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
