SR Law Practice is hiring an Associate to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Manage corporate and commercial transactions.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare regulatory and compliance documentation.
• Interact with clients and provide advisory support on corporate governance, employment law, foreign exchange laws, and investment matters.
• Work collaboratively in a hybrid environment with effective time management.

Eligibility

LL.B. from a recognized institution.

Salary/Stipend
