Role and Responsibilities

• Five years of experience in secretarial work post membership,
• Annual filing, event base and filing and other compliance of ROC.
• excellent drafting skills ,Good on drafting resolution of the board and members meeting.
• Capable of preparing minutes of board and members of meeting.
• capable of interpretation of companies act and rules thereof.
• Updates on recent changes and amendments in companies Act and relevant regulations.
• Working in listed company is desirable,

Eligibility

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Minimum 5 years of post-membership experience in secretarial and corporate compliance functions.
• Experience in a listed company is preferred.
