Details of the Job/Internship

Key Areas of Exposure:

• Company Law compliances
• SEBI Regulations
• RBI Regulations
• Drafting and vetting of legal documents such as NDAs, MOUs, agreements, contracts, notices, etc.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, RBI Regulations, and other applicable laws.
• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating agreements and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on contractual, legal, and compliance-related matters.
• Research and interpret applicable laws and regulations.
• Support the organization in maintaining proper statutory and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in legal/compliance roles.
• Good knowledge of the Companies Act and SEBI Regulations.
• Exposure to RBI Regulations would be an advantage.
• Strong legal drafting, reading, interpretation, and communication skills.
• Candidates with corporate legal/compliance experience will be preferred.
• Experience with a listed company, CS firm, regulated entity, NBFC, financial services organization, or similar environment would be an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing along Mumbai's Central Line.
