Details of the Job/Internship
- Candidates with 5-9 yrs in Secretarial/FEMA/Gift City compliances should apply.
- Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai should apply.
About Our Client
Our client is a diversified financial services group with a strong presence across capital markets, lending, wealth management and global financial services.
- Exposure to GIFT City, FEMA and regulatory advisory environments is highly preferred.
- RBI/SEBI Compliance Advisory & Regulatory Interpretation
- Secretarial, Board & Shareholder Meeting Compliances
- Regulatory Filings, Inspections & Audits
- Good to Have: Tax Structuring & Regulatory Structuring
The Successful Applicant
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- CA qualification is mandatory; CS is good to have.
- Candidates should have 5-9 years of PQE with relevant experience in the consulting, advisory, or BFSI sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and regulatory interpretation skills
