Details of the Job/Internship
Samvād: Partners is looking to strengthen its Corporate team by hiring Associates with at least 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Execute and manage high-quality mandates in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
- Advise on Private Equity (PE) transactions and general corporate matters.
- Handle legal aspects of Investment Funds and strategic corporate structuring.
- Collaborate with the broader corporate team to deliver transactional support on complex deals.
- Draft and review key transactional documents, including investment and shareholder agreements.
- Conduct legal due diligence and provide regulatory advice on corporate compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 2+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in a corporate legal environment.
- Strong transactional experience across M&A, Private Equity, and General Corporate law.
- Prior exposure to Investment Funds is highly valued.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced legal practice.
