Role Description The Corporate Legal and Finance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Serilingampalli. This position is responsible for overseeing corporate legal activities, including contract review, compliance monitoring, and support for regulatory filings and corporate governance. The role also involves managing finance-related tasks such as budgeting, financial modeling, accounting reviews, and assisting in strategic business planning. The Executive will collaborate with leadership to evaluate financial risks and opportunities, ensure adherence to legal and financial policies, and support audits and internal controls. Day-to-day work includes preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with external consultants or advisors, and contributing to process improvements across legal and finance functions.

Eligibility

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and understanding of corporate financial processes.
• Candidates should possess Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support strategic decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Business Planning skills to contribute to long-term financial and operational strategies, forecasts, and performance tracking.
• Relevant experience in corporate legal support, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory documentation, is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CS, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
