Details of the Job/Internship
GTM Builders is hiring a Corporate Legal Assistant – Real Estate with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Dwarka, Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title searches and land due diligence, including ownership and encumbrance checks.
- Draft and review sale deeds, lease agreements, joint venture, and development agreements.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and local land laws.
- Coordinate with authorities for project approvals and registrations.
- Handle stamp duty, property registration, and documentation.
- Manage legal notices, disputes, and litigation.
- Liaise with external lawyers, consultants, and government officials.
- Support land acquisition and aggregation activities.
- Maintain proper legal records for all projects.
- Advise management on legal risks in transactions.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
- Strong experience in real estate legal work.
- Knowledge of RERA, land laws, and property documentation.
- Experience with real estate developers, builders, or construction firms is preferred.
- Exposure to commercial and residential projects is preferred.
Salary/Stipend
₹30,000 pm – ₹35,000.
