We are looking for a technically strong Data Privacy Consultant with hands-on experience in data privacy regulations and privacy management tools. The candidate should have a good understanding of DPDP, GDPR, and CCPA, along with practical experience implementing or managing privacy compliance solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Implement and configure privacy management solutions to support regulatory compliance.
- Work on privacy tools such as OneTrust, or TrustArc.
- Support privacy assessments, data mapping, consent management, and compliance gap analysis.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining privacy policies, procedures, and controls.
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend technical solutions to address privacy risks.
- Collaborate with technical teams and clients to implement privacy requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in data privacy, privacy consulting, or privacy technology implementation.
- Strong knowledge of India’s DPDP Act, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Hands-on experience with at least one privacy management tool: OneTrust, or TrustArc.
- Strong technical knowledge of privacy implementation, consent management, cookies, and data protection controls.
- Understanding of data discovery, data mapping, privacy assessments, and compliance requirements.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
Eligibility
- Experience in implementing privacy compliance solutions for clients.
- Familiarity with website tracking technologies, cookies, APIs, and consent mechanisms.
- Ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into technical implementations.
