Company Description ELT Corporate Private Limited (ELT Advisors) is a consulting firm based in Rohini, Delhi, specializing in legal and regulatory compliance, registrations and licensing, accounting and taxation, and business setup support for foreign companies entering India. The organization provides end-to-end compliance management services and is an authorized Zoho partner for software implementation. ELT maintains a strong digital presence through multiple specialized platforms covering areas such as medical device registration, legal metrology, BIS certification, cosmetics regulation, and EPR compliance. The firm is focused on helping businesses navigate complex regulatory landscapes efficiently and professionally, offering integrated advisory and implementation support.

Role Description The IPR Compliance Executive/Expert will be responsible for managing and monitoring intellectual property rights (IPR) compliance across client portfolios, with a focus on trademarks, copyrights, patents, designs, and related regulatory frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal and regulatory research, reviewing documentation and filings, coordinating with clients and authorities, and ensuring timely submission of applications and renewals. The role involves preparing compliance reports, maintaining accurate records, assisting in drafting policies and contracts related to IPR, and supporting clients in resolving compliance issues or responding to notices. The position requires regular collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to align IPR strategies with broader legal and business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.

Eligibility

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and IPR frameworks, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and related procedures.
Candidates should possess solid Law-related skills, such as understanding of Indian legal and regulatory systems, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and familiarity with statutory requirements.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex regulations, assess risks, and provide clear, structured compliance recommendations.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams, and to present information clearly in written and verbal form.
Candidates should ideally have a degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline; prior experience in IPR, corporate compliance, or legal consulting is highly beneficial.
Candidates should be proficient in using digital tools and compliance management software, demonstrate attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
