Eagle Law and Integrity is a full-service Mumbai law firm founded in 2024 and led by Advocate Kanchan Talreja. Headquartered at New Marine Lines, we represent individuals, families, businesses, and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients across civil litigation, criminal law, family and matrimonial matters, corporate advisory, real estate, estate planning, and testamentary suits. Our practice spans both litigation — before the Bombay High Court, the Family Courts, the City Civil Court, and the District Courts — and non-litigation work, including contract drafting, advisory, and estate structuring.

We serve NRI clients in the UAE, USA, Canada, UK, and Australia, with remote engagement via Power of Attorney for clients who cannot travel to India.

Founded by Advocate Kanchan Talreja, who built her practice from 2016 onwards and has represented over 250 clients across India and globally, the firm reflects her conviction that "justice delayed is justice denied" — and that legal services should be both technically rigorous and humanly accessible.

The Law Offices of Adv. Kanchan Talreja is a litigation practice covering civil, criminal, matrimonial and family, property, testamentary, consumer and NRI matters. We appear before the Bombay High Court on both the Original and Appellate Sides, including its Testamentary Department, as well as the City Civil Court, Family Courts, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, Consumer Commissions and other forums.

We are growing our team and have TWO openings.

1. Associate – Fresher

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year), 2025 or 2026 batch. Enrolled, or enrolment in process.
• Strong research skills on SCC Online / Manupatra, and you can turn that research into a clear, usable note.
• Willing to attend court daily: mentioning, taking dates, noting the roznama and reporting back on the same day.
• Keen to learn drafting, arguing and e-filing across different courts.

1. Associate – Minimum 3 years' PQE litigation

• At least 3 years of active litigation practice across fields of law.
• Able to draft independently: plaints, written statements, petitions, interim applications, replies, affidavits and appeals.
• Ready to argue matters independently before different courts and tribunals.
• Hands-on with e-filing (Bombay High Court, eCourts and other portals) and filing procedure in the Registry.
• Able to handle client meetings independently, including NRI clients who join virtually.
• Able to guide and review a junior's work.

What we look for in both roles

• Interest and Experience in Litigation is a must
• Fluency in English and Hindi, spoken and written. Marathi and/or Gujarati is an advantage
• Clear, accurate legal drafting in English
• Working knowledge of the new criminal laws (BNS, BNSS, BSA) alongside the old provisions
• Comfortable with MS Office and Google Workspace
• Discretion and strict confidentiality with Client matters
• Punctuality and ownership of your Clients
• Should be willing to travel outside Mumbai for Court appearances
