Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and following up on pending legal matters.
• Coordinate with lawyers and legal consultants for ongoing matters and documentation.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining vendor and client agreements.
• Support the team in negotiations and discussions related to commercial and contractual terms.
• Follow up with clients and vendors regarding agreement revisions, approvals, and signatures.
• Maintain records of contracts, legal documents, notices, and correspondence.
• Track important dates such as agreement renewals, notice periods, and contract deadlines.
• Assist in identifying basic contractual requirements and highlighting issues to the management/legal team.
• Conduct basic legal research whenever required.
• Prepare reports and maintain a tracker of pending legal matters and agreements.
• Maintain confidentiality of all legal and business-related information.
