PP International School is hiring a Lawyer with experience of relevant years to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage legal matters pertaining to Corporate Law and Educational Law within the school.
- Draft, review, and finalize various legal documents, including employment contracts, MOUs, and vendor agreements.
- Formulate and update institutional policies to ensure they remain compliant with current legal standards.
- Conduct exhaustive legal research to resolve complex institutional issues and provide analytical solutions.
- Lead negotiation processes for high-value contracts and institutional partnerships.
- Manage compliance and risk management frameworks to safeguard the school against legal vulnerabilities.
- Provide day-to-day legal support to the school administration on general legal practice and dispute resolution.
Eligibility
- LLB degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Licensed to practice law in India is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Educational Law and Corporate Law.
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal policies.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Advantage: Prior experience in compliance and risk management.
- Requirement: Must be seeking an in-house position or available for a full-time retainer role.
