About Our Client

A well-reputed and established organisation in the manufacturing industry.

• Provide legal and compliance support to business operations, advising on a wide range of commercial, regulatory, corporate, employment, privacy, and governance matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various commercial agreements and legal documentation to support business objectives and mitigate risk.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive compliance initiatives, risk management activities, internal investigations, and policy implementation.
• Manage disputes, litigation, and external counsel relationships while safeguarding organizational interests and ensuring legal compliance.
• Support corporate governance, stakeholder training, and strategic projects, contributing to effective decision-making and business growth.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Candidate Should Have

• A degree in law from a recognized institution.
• Proven expertise in handling legal matters within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Experience in legal and compliance frameworks within the Africa and Middle East region.
