???? Location: NEW DELHI

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, applications, conveyancing documents, and legal opinions
• Representing clients before Courts and Tribunals
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Assisting in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, and Company Law
• Managing litigation documentation and case files
• Liaising with clients, counsels, and court officials

Eligibility

Minimum 5+ Years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

We are looking for a motivated and diligent Legal Associate – Litigation to join our dynamic legal team.

• Advocate with a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• Mandatory registration with the Bar Council
• Prior experience in drafting and appearing before Courts and Tribunals
• Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
• Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail
