Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including lease agreements, purchase agreements, development agreements (DA), joint ventures (JV), and service contracts.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards and align with company policies.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and case law to support decision-making.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.
• Perform due diligence by reviewing title reports, zoning regulations, environmental assessments, and related documents.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal and compliance-related documentation.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management and cross-functional teams on real estate matters.
• Conduct training sessions and offer guidance to staff to promote legal awareness and compliance.
