Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, MoUs, contracts, vendor/customer agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Review defence tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and government contracts.
• Support legal documentation for government procurement and strategic partnerships.
• Assist with IP, patents, trademarks and technology licensing matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal notes, notices and responses.
• Coordinate with external counsels on disputes, arbitration and litigation.
• Support corporate, regulatory and statutory compliance.
• Identify contractual/legal risks and provide practical recommendations to business teams.
• Maintain legal records, contract trackers and compliance documentation.
