Henkel is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2 years to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Track legal and regulatory developments and provide timely updates on laws impacting the business.
- Support dispute resolution matters and coordinate with external counsel as required.
- Oversee legal function administration, including processes, documentation, and record management.
- Draft legal notices and responses to communications from third parties and regulatory authorities.
- Provide support on corporate secretarial compliances, including preparation of agendas, board meetings, minutes, and statutory filings.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in legal roles.
- Strong drafting and reviewing skills with high attention to detail.
- Sound understanding and ability to interpret applicable laws and regulations.
- Adaptable and agile, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to independently handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in digital tools, including MS Office.
