Details of the Job/Internship

Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. is an ISO-accredited global consultancy with offices in India, the UK, the UAE, and several African countries. With over 40 years of proven experience, we have played a key role in delivering flagship infrastructure projects across India, the CIS region, East, West, and Southern Africa, Oceania, South and Southeast Asia, and more.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters, contracts, agreements, claims, disputes and notices related to the railway project.
• Review and advise on contractual obligations, tender conditions, GCC/SCC, amendments and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Railways, contractors, consultants and statutory authorities on legal issues and documentation.
• Assist in claims, variations, EOT, arbitration, litigation and dispute resolution, including preparation/review of legal submissions.
• Maintain legal records, correspondence and case documentation and provide timely legal advice to the Project Management team.
