PS Law invites applications from dedicated and motivated legal professionals to join its Family & Matrimonial Litigation Practice in Mumbai.
Position: Associate Advocate
Location: Mumbai
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft petitions, applications, replies, written submissions and other legal pleadings independently.
- Handle divorce, child custody, maintenance, domestic violence and other matrimonial disputes.
- Appear before Family Courts and other courts, as required.
- Conduct legal research, assist in case strategy and prepare matters for arguments.
- Manage court filings, case proceedings and client coordination.
Eligibility & Requirements
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in family and matrimonial litigation.
- Strong legal drafting, research and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Familiarity with court procedures and litigation practice in Mumbai.
- Ability to independently handle matters with professionalism, diligence and accountability.
- We are looking for a committed litigation lawyer with sound legal judgment, strong drafting skills and the confidence to take responsibility for matters.
