Details of the Job/Internship
Looking for Advocates with a 2+ years hands on litigation experience in District Courts, Labour Courts, Commissioner/SDM Offices, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA), Consumer Forums etc. to assist us in growing litigation practice.
We work for multiple corporate clients and need someone who can be both, (a) an advocate with flair for drafting the pleadings, affidavits, written statements, and (b) a great on ground support for assistance in any of the Courts, Forums, Quasi judicial bodies and law enforcement agencies.
We are looking for someone who is capable of finding solutions to hard problems and is a go getter when it comes to court craft or liaising with LEA. the role may involve occasional travels on matters outside Indore.
