Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal agreements, contracts, MOUs, and related documents
- Ensuring compliance with corporate, regulatory, and statutory requirements
- Coordinating with advocates, consultants, and government authorities on legal matters
- Managing litigation records and supporting legal proceedings
- Providing legal advisory support to various business functions and leadership teams
