Lawple Advisors is hiring a Paralegal – Corporate & Funds for a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze regulatory requirements.
• Manage corporate and fund-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support lawyers in delivering high-quality legal work.

Eligibility

• Strong foundation in law with an understanding of corporate and asset management legal practices.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and review.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with legal tools and technology is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in paralegal studies, law, or a related field are preferred.
