Details of the Job/Internship

Are you passionate about Intellectual Property and cutting-edge technologies such as 5G, AI, Semiconductors, and SoC? We are looking for a talented Patent Counsel to join a leading global technology organization and help drive innovation through strong IP protection strategies.

Location: Hyderabad

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications before the Indian and international patent offices.
• Conduct patentability assessments, prior-art searches, and FTO analyses.
• Manage and grow patent portfolios aligned with business objectives.
• Advise engineering and business teams on intellectual property matters and protection strategies.
• Support patent enforcement, litigation, licensing, and other IP-related initiatives.
• Work closely with inventors to identify, evaluate, and protect innovative technologies.
