• Managing Patent Applications from University Researchers from filing of application until grant.
• Reviewing and analysing applications for patentability, novelty, completeness, and commercial potential.
• Interfacing with Researchers on their Applications and answering queries as and when they arise.
• Working with our Lawyers on applications from Prior Art Evaluation, drafting, filing and post filing documentation including prosecution
• Acting as intermediary between lawyers and researchers and ensuring that the key timelines are met for drafting, filing and prosecution
• File Management, Email monitoring, Prior art searches, and Documentation Management.
