Details of the Job/Internship
Amicus - Advocates & Solicitors is hiring a Principal Associate / Manager – Transfer Pricing with experience of 3–7 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee transfer pricing compliance and advisory assignments for various clients.
- Prepare and conduct a thorough review of transfer pricing documentation and comprehensive reports.
- Lead benchmarking studies and perform detailed financial analyses to support pricing strategies.
- Assist in strategic transfer pricing planning and complex advisory projects.
- Support clients during transfer pricing assessments and formal audit proceedings.
- Ensure strict adherence to OECD Guidelines and applicable local regulatory requirements.
- Utilize financial databases and benchmarking tools to provide data-driven legal insights.
Eligibility
- 3–7 years of relevant experience specifically in Transfer Pricing.
- Law / CA / MBA (Finance) or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Deep understanding of OECD Guidelines and local Transfer Pricing regulations.
- Proficiency in working with specialized financial databases and benchmarking tools.
- Strong technical, analytical, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex assignments and lead audit support teams effectively.
