**Hiring: Senior Associate, Capital Markets | ShriVara Law Offices, Noida**

ShriVara Law Offices is a boutique capital markets and legal advisory firm based in Noida, advising on Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Regulatory Affairs & Advisory, General Corporate Advisory, and Litigation & Disputes Resolution. We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our capital markets team.

• Drafting and reviewing DRHP/RHP chapters, including Outstanding Litigation, Government Approvals, Key Regulations, and Restrictions on Foreign Ownership.
• Conducting legal due diligence, title reviews, and compliance reviews for IPO-bound companies (Main Board and SME).
• Assisting on debt issuances, including NCD documentation such as debenture trust deeds and related transaction documents.
• Advising on SEBI regulations (ICDR, LODR and related frameworks), corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinating with merchant bankers, issuer companies, auditors, and other deal counsel.
• Supervising and reviewing the work of associates, and managing timelines across multiple mandates.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in capital markets, corporate advisory, or transactional work.
• LLB and Company Secretary (CS) qualification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with DRHPs, due diligence, or SEBI regulatory matters.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work independently.
