Details of the Job/Internship
Minara Legal is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 2–5 years of PQE to join their Corporate x Media practice as a Senior Consultant.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and support corporate and transactional work on a project-by-project basis.
- Draft and negotiate complex legal instruments, including Shareholders' Agreements (SHA) and investment agreements.
- Manage documentation related to debentures, security documents, and company bylaws (MoA/AoA).
- Advise on and execute transactions within the Media & Entertainment space, including content and platform deals.
- Collaborate closely with partners in a high-responsibility, lean team environment.
- Take ownership of specific mandates from inception through to deal closure.
- Align with the firm’s innovative practice-building approach to handle diverse investment mandates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 2–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in corporate and transactional law.
- Strong hands-on experience with SHA, investment agreements, and security documentation.
- Deep interest in building exposure within the Media & Entertainment industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a lean, high-responsibility setup.
- Comfort with a mandate-based / revenue-linked compensation structure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on building a long-term legal practice.
