Details of the Job/Internship
iota Analytics is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with experience of 4+ years to join their office in Mohali.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and perform comprehensive legal document reviews for litigation and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct detailed data breach reviews to identify sensitive information and potential liabilities.
- Utilize legal tech platforms to streamline the review process and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the managed review team to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract relevant legal insights and prepare detailed reports.
- Manage high volumes of documentation while meeting strict project deadlines.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and provide guidance on review protocols.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate (LLB / LLM) from a recognized institution.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Document Review and Data Breach review.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for data management and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to join the Mohali office immediately or at the earliest.
