Legal Manager

We are looking for an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance Manager.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Litigation & Dispute Management, along with exposure to corporate legal and compliance matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle and manage domestic and international litigation and disputes.
• Manage consumer, employment, contractual, arbitration and court matters.
• Coordinate with external and international legal counsels.
• Support litigation strategy, legal research, evidence, documentation and case management.
• Assist with settlement discussions and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Handle legal notices and provide legal advice to internal teams.
• Advise on employment law, regulatory compliance, data privacy and IP matters.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and support internal compliance.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Product and Business teams on legal matters.

Eligibility

5+ Years

• LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong experience specifically in Litigation & Dispute Management.
• Good understanding of contractual, employment and regulatory matters.
• Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience working with external/foreign counsels is an advantage.
• Exposure to cross-border legal matters is a plus.
• Someone who can independently manage legal matters, particularly litigation and disputes, while providing practical legal guidance to the business.
