Details of the Job/Internship

• Handling Client Complaints, Litigations, Arbitration and Court cases on behalf of the company,
• Drafting and filing of submissions, replies, affidavits on behalf of the company,
• Review of all types of agreements and contracts, NDAs etc.
• To ensure compliance with various external and internal Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures related to Stock Broking, DP, NBFC and other SEBI-regulated business.
• Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and advise internal team
• Maintain proper records of legal matter, agreements and documentations.

Qualification required:

• Law Degree (LLB)/LLM with relevant experience in legal, financial services.
• Experience in stock broking, capital market, NBFC or other SEBI-regulated entities will be preferred
• Good drafting, communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently handle legal matter and coordinate with internal and external stake holding
