Role and Responsibilities
- Manage corporate governance, Board Meetings, AGMs, and statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and applicable regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements.
- Handle litigation, legal notices, disputes, and regulatory matters.
- Oversee legal compliance across manufacturing operations and commercial activities.
- Advise senior management on legal risks and compliance strategies.

12–15 Years
Qualification: CS & LLB
CTC:₹12–15 LPA
